No all I have is the USB recovery drive so I guess the answer is no?

I have two identical HP Elite desktop 800 PC's one has Windows 10 installed.
I also have a recovery drive canI use that recovery drive to install Windows 10 on the other PC?

Can I use the recovery drive I have for the first build or do I have to make a new one for this new build
