I run it and got "NO PROBLEM DEVICES WERE FOUND!"
I've also noticed that the PC does go into sleep successfully (LED blink). But more often than not, it will hibernate

I'm seeing the following errors in Event Viewer. I have disabled Cortana via gpedit but that does not help. However, that did not help either.
Do you mean running Settings -> Update and see if there is any error there? I don't see any error
