No it's not, I checked it and it promoted me for a restart and when I restarted it backed to be not checked.. :\

I'm trying to edit some settings in the msconfig but when I click apply and ok it doesn't prompt me to restart the computer and when I open it back the settings are back to default.. I...

I'm on that menu and able to hide and show taskbar icons from there, but how does this benefit in anything??

Mainly programs and explorer are not affected by this, it's the start , Cortana girl , all icons beside the clock and the clock itself are affected aside from language input..
