It's a laptop and nope it's not sticky key issues. I'm not even touching the mouse or keyboard and this happened all of the sudden ... I've just formatted my computer. I just hope it fixes this...

My Windows 10 machine is playing up and do really weird things:
* Start menu intermittently pops up
* Application enters and exits full screen
* Mouse cursor intermittently shows up in full screen...
