Hi having turned windows 10 update off for a few day's I tried the usb media installtion which fails but doesn't tell me why so I tried the online upgrade and after 4 hours of downloading and...

I've tried those and the usb upgrade still fails, here in rural England the on-line update takes 3 to 4 hours to download and then fails and try to download it again making my internet connection...

Isn't that complicated - why don't microsoft make thing work, I only bought the laptop 12 months ago.
