Bit Defender caused Steam not to work for me when I tried it. As soon as I uninstalled BD, it loaded fine again. Everything's been working great with Kaspersky so far.

Start 10 from Stardock works well. It's a pay program (after a trial period), but it's only $5 if I remember correctly.
I'm using Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2016. Got a one-year license for $14.99 through Amazon. No problems so far and doesn't bog down the system.
That's why I went back to the Insider channel. Figured I'd get it a couple of days earlier and beat the rush!
