Good Morning Everyone,
As it turns out the latest (AMD recommended drivers) that have been relatively stable (no BSOD) and only lock-ups, have now started to produce BSOD:

When I created the MemTest86 USB stick and then booted from it, it automatically when into testing. I let it run for 3-hours with no failures. I cannot include the HTML report as the forums system...
Ran the FurMark for 1-hour and had no issues.

Sorry... I didn't get a chance to run this. Had 20.2.2, reverted to 20.1.3, and now back on 20.2.2 and will run Furmark.

Appears that the 20.1.3 (01/29/2020) are less stable than the 20.2.2 and we got another BSOD:

An update:
We have not had a BSOD since installing the 20.2.2 AMD drivers (03/05/2020 Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL)). Unfortunately, we've been seeing system freezes...
Yes, thank you, Macboastmaster. At the moment I don't have a spare dedicated video card to determine if the issue is CPU/APU related. But my kids complain that they want more FPS from Fortnite,...
Added two new files of both V2 and DM:
V2 RYZEN5-(2020-04-15_09-36-45)
DM RYZEN5-04_15_2020__93357_87
Thank you.
I've proceeded to restart my computer in safe mode and uninstalled all drivers via DDU v18.0.2.3. I then reviewed all the available drivers from AMD and saw that they had both Recommended (WHQL)...
Will do... Thank you!

Hello Macboatmaster,
Thank you for the quick response. The Easter holiday's prevented me for responding sooner.
To answer your questions:
1. Not sure why it shows install date of...
It's been a while since I've posted to the forums, where fortunately I haven't had issues with my old build.
Unfortunately, on this Ryzen 5 build (Windows 10, Version 1909, OS Build 18363.752),...
We've got a 2009 iMac 24" that has been via BootCamp for the past many years running Window 7 and recently Windows 10. Unfortunately, I've allocated as much space to Windows as I could of the 640GB...
Wished I could.
Pulled out my SSD and started to copy all the pertinent information to a back-up drive. Reinstalled the SSD drive and found that when booting into Windows 10, only a few icons...
Hi Axe0, aside from the recent MemTest 86, I've done Prime95 and Furmark with philc43 (see earlier posts for details). Should I focus on the SSD (primary Windows 10 drive) or something else?
So after 26+ hours and 14-passes, I've got NO errors (see attached). What is the next step? Should I try determining if it's an issue with my SSD (Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5" SATA III Internal...
I've started the MemTest86 earlier this afternoon... now into almost 6-hours and have completed 3-passes. Will let it run through the night and the day until I come home from work. See attached...

I've decided to give this a chance and here's the conclusion (attached is the complete output). So what is this "intelppm.sys" file that could possibly be the culprit?

First, just like PhilC43, I want to give you Axe0 thanks for your your help.
Second:
I've initially started with the Taskmanager, and have disabled everything. Rebooted. Then within a...

As you wrote this, I had installed the GTX 980. And you were correct, the BSOD came one shortly after installation. Unfortunately for me, I've got a 980 that I'm doing an RMA with. One of the...
Funny you should mention the BSOD. After I closed everything, the BSOD showed up again.
I got the recent DUMP file reviewed and it's the same old:
