Did anyone try to contact to Dell tech support?? Or Microsoft team??

I can shutdown my system but can't remove it's battery coz it's built in and Non removable unfortunately.
I am going to try your idea and let's see what happens.

There isn't windows 8.1 anymore can't get back to previous windows since I upgraded to Windows 10 couple of hours ago, and my system keep restarting with internal power error and I'm unable to run...
