Tried numerous cables, currently got a brand new one in, am on my 3rd router since this started happening too :(

Cheers, I uninstalled, restarted and re-installed the drivers yesterday (after re-re-downloading them) and again this afternoon, still the same.
Not sure it's the drivers if it's 2 devices doing it...

This has been driving me nuts for months, please help!
I am running Windows 10 Pro (64 bit), up to date, I have a Dell and their software is keeping all drivers up to date too.

this thread, and the other you've put this in is for black screen WITHOUT cursor, a different issue.

7537 is listed as ready to be upgraded according to the Dell support site

different issue, I'd start your own thread if I were you, orange means your monitors have no signal
this is for black screen (though screen is on) and no cursor

I have nothing in BIOS about gfx cards or monitors (7537)

will try, but I'm a single screen which is the laptop's touchscreen

can you disbale the non-intel gfx card in the bios before upgrading?
then if it works, install Dell's Win 10 drivers for it and re-enable it? (I am at work and cannot test this)

can one of the gfx cards be disabled in the BIOS while it installed, then install drivers direct from Dell and re-enable it?

yours appears to be a different problem, we don't have a cursor

let us know how it goes, I replied above, it re-downloaded for me but did the same when installing

exactly the same (Dell laptop)
after the 2nd time when I rebooted it removed the update and went back to 8.1 and re-downloaded 10 then did the same again the next time I tried but no HDD light...

I got the black screen with no cursor (left the house at 15%, got back to this)
I had been out a couple of hours, no disk activity etc
held power and restarted, it said recovering installation,...
