I have screen saver off. when i ran the trouble shooter, it always says to disable screen saver. that is recommended for some reason. i dont use screen saver anymore. It wasnt reliable anyway....

I dont have any external keyboard attached.. never have. i use the Lenovo laptop keyboard with the teeny shift key and home key next to return.
