You don't understand me, I don't need to copy some pdf files to "program files", but serious system files like libraries etc. That pdf file was only to demonstarate you the issue.
Yes file can be copied to desktop and modified.
OK, I know that c drive is protected from defeault, but I don´t want to, therefore I´m posting here.
As I said in Win7 and 8.1 it worked by switch...

hidden partition for windows instalation can be there. Only I have no idea how the other partition can influence the C drive

pdf file is not protected. I have copied many files to C drive and always was there that note...
What else can protect c drive for writing? In win8.1 everything worked fine - no bother mesagges.
FYI: when I click to " write as admin" it works (And I already tryed in folder propeties to change...
It is turned of everywhere I´m aware of.

I followed your instructions, but c drive (win10) is still protected.
FYI: protection of c drive turned off, UAC off.
Does anybody knows how turn of the C drive protection?
