I tried to contact with Dell for this error. They know nothing. A guy just told me to clean up my PC and buy a windows 10 copy in my nearest store. Ridiculous.

Try to push the F8 key a lot of times until it takes you to the recovery screen, no matter if it shows you only the F2 and F12. I had the same problem as you.

I saw that before. I entered safe mode with WIN + R and made a factory reset instead. I decided to install WIN 10 after they fix that problem first. It's a shame I lost all my data tho. :/
