One hour later and the indexing is still running and number of items is now 1,2million! Seems like the indexer somehow "slept" and didn't do anything for a long time until I opened that window?...

so it is interesting that NEW files work and can be found! If I create something in Documents/Pictures/Desktop it does show up in search!
