sounds like corrupted graphics drivers to me.. consider reinstalling your gpu drivers after clearing out the old ones with display driver uninstaller.

if your seeing this error in event viewer and your pc isn't having any issues.. you shouldn't worry about it.. this error is common and unless your pc is having issues.. you need to ignore this error.
What size is the new SSD? if it's like a 500gb.. you should consider using the 256gb for windows .. should increase load times for Windows and some other programs if you install them on the ssd.
like I've pointed out in a few threads previously.. this error is nothing to worry about.. unless your really having computer problems.. avoid looking at event viewer as it will show errors no matter...

one thing i noticed with your specs is that you don't have an ssd.. that might be the reason your experiencing slow load times with your programs/games.
what do you use to stream? shadowplay? if so.. turn it off and see how your game runs.
