as you can see in the first screenshot, task manager shows a total usage of 207 mb. That can't be 25% of 8GB ram

So i built a pc 2 months ago. everything was running perfectly till 1 week ago. Everything is slow now. The ram usage is at 25-30% .
it takes so long to open a web page , videos keep stopping and...
