1: Is there a way to know what part is giving problem. I mean I connected external monitor and horizontal line showed up on external monitor also. So i thought screen is OK...

It is actually Memory Diagnostics , result no error.
I contacted a shop which after their diagnostics, told me mobo problem. They asked me $95 for replacement and 1 year warrenty.

I uninstalled datacard software and then enable fast startup and then I start my laptop.
Now I connected the datacard and installed the software.Data card works good.I can connect to internet now....
