okay windows has whizzed away and has re partitioned my drive. there is no longer an O:, local disc is now F:
it has created a partition for the system reserve at 500mb and formatted the hdd

windows has changed the partitions to
1 sys reserve 500 mb
2 698.1 gb but its still throwing this error at me

okay so just into the setup, and now ive got "we couldnt install windows in the location you chose. 0x80300001"

okay scratch that post, ive now got a clean iso sitting in my O: drive, what next?

this tech bench is just sitting there loading and as i said before i cant use the microsoft tool, so many missing extensions its rediculous

yep, its a 720gb ssd, I labeled it O: the table is msDOs the Partition is NTFS and the size is around 690

thats what i thought, but theres no other disk?
which leads me back to my original presumption that theres a partition error?
maybe...

for some reason the winPESE only registers 149mb of space

The partition is basically the whole drive around 690gb i believe.

the kyhi disc runs and boots fine, for some reason the windows official disc wont read at all, not even registering as a disk in the drive *sigh*

Yes legacy is on [underboot/keyboard settings in bios?], i cant check the POST because of a toshiba splash that I can only disable by enabling 'fastboot' which in turn disables the ablility to boot...
