Thanks for the help all. My stupid mistake. Installed the 32bit version. After installing the 64bit version all is good. Sorry!

Did a clean Windows 10 install yesterday, and installed the latest Logitech setpoint. After the installation it stated that I can edit settings for my mouse or keyboard by clicking the setpoint tile...
I did that, no difference. Just did a complete re-install, but still the same. This is now driving me insane!
Yes it boots into Windows, just takes very long. And the moment I remove the SSHD drive it boots immediately. Boot sequence is correct.
You can see looking at the picture I posted above. Every partition and disk is MBR, but no difference.
Well I managed to convert the SSHD to 'MBR' so all my disks are now 'MBR' but that did not solve the problem. Still the same. :(

Thanks cato, but I already tried that too. Doesn't work.
Thanks. I now know that my SSHD is GPT and all other partitions are MBR. I tried deleting the volume but have no option to create a new volume as a MBR. So any help regarding that would be greatly...

Disk management looks like this.....
I repaired the boot sector with Macrium Reflect, but it made no difference however. :(
Thanks. I am downloading Macrium Reflect now. Never used it before, but will give it a shot. I will let you know on the results.
I just removed the HDD, and yes then the problem goes away. What can I do?
I'm not sure, will try that later on. Thanks for the reply. I will let you know.
Hey guys, I installed an extra HDD, but after that every time I boot up I have this black screen with blinking cursor line for ages before Windows start. I actually counted how many times it blinks...
