I believe that the issue was the cpu as there has been no crashes this week so now just need to investigate as to why this cpu would have issues when being used thank you for your help ^-^

so far the tests with memory and gpu switching have resulted in the same error i have for testing purposes switched to AMD FX(tm)-770K Quad Core Processor under the same conditions so far it has not...
i will try going through a number of steps i removed then reput the memory and the gpu just in case that is the issue im having will update you should anything happen fingers crossed this fixes the...
I was thinking of taking one of the modules out and seeing if that is the issue would it be worth a try and also what would puting them incorectly be as if i do try that i would not want to put them...

its always been this version when ive had it
the most recent version is G20BM BIOS 0401 for A58 but mine is 0403
ah ok sorry my eyes are seeing things.
28/10/2014 is the date for the version in the screen shotand that is the one i believe is the current bios
for this motherboard the bios was releced on 2014/10/28 G20BM BIOS 0401

i updated the sata drivers and the ones i could find through the relevant websites but i had a blue screen again
ok i shall stick with AHCI
i do not know the difference no when i was searching for the sata drivers i read that sometimes the AHCI were not updated so had to be done manually
a quick question would there be a difference between ahci and ide in the sata mode?
