Not necessarily an issue. Boot critical files should be on the partition marked Active. That can be the same partition as the os or a different partition.

Did you check in disk management to see if the partitions exist and if a drive letter can be added?

It is on the system partition. Usually there is a small Efi System Partition (ESP which is typically 100mb ) separate from the os partition.

It is bcdbootdiskv24 now. Can your os/winpe run pecmd scripts or do you need an executable ?
