While i can't update the process from work, i do have the latest five dmp files saved in my one drive, would it be alright to link them here?
I'll attempt a video when I get back home from work, and will too many dmp files cause the zip to be empty? I'm not sure why the zip is continuously empty.
Also, not sure if this will help with the diagnosis, but every bit of information helps (i hope)
When the computer boots it shows the mother board splash screen, when windows boots the splash screen...

Updated information, i have never installed anything Nvidia, this computer is less than a year old, made in august of this past year, and i do not remember the drivers, i had already removed them...
I understand that, i am just asking if that would contribute to the crashes, verifier hasn't crashed.
I re followed your instructions and notice something in the driver verifier. I have drivers for both AMD and Nvidea display, this computer is running only on amd hardware would having those drivers...
