Sorry for the mix up, I meant that I couldn't see the drive letter in the minitool. I was able to set the drive letter in minitool and it shows up perfectly fine now but running the reagentc...

It's there. The letter isn't there though. I ran the same commands in Diskpart again and even though it says it was successful in assigning the letter R, it still does not appear.
