Start the system in BIOS and Load defaults settings.
Disable Network PXE boot, Change SSD as first boot priority. Enable the fastboot if disabled .

You will have to change the settings in the Power Options to fix the issue you are experiencing.
a. Open Power Options by clicking the Start button, > Settings clicking Control...
