I ran the sfc /scannow 3 times it says nothing wrong, i ran the restorhealth command then ran the /scannow again still didn't work.

It's getting glitchy like this every interface related to windows 10 is messed up however if i write anything in the search as you can see it's fine and also if i open "This PC"...

So it seems :/

Hopefully someone can fix both of our problems.

I think you're facing the same issue as i am but without the slow down of the PC. is it happening like this?
