Update:
It turned out that the driver is okay. The problem with the low FPS was due to improper camera settings.

How I resolved it:
1] Installed Skype
2] Tools -> Options -> General -> Video...

Contacted ASUS support. They told me to install ATKACPI Driver but that didn't help either. Camera is still laggy as hell and picture quality is really bad.
