Well I had given up but the post from Cliff S was too tempting.
So I followed his advice to use IE and I almost made it but got Bing logo on taskbar which when expanded took me to OUTLOOK login...
But in spite of repeating every suggestion very carefully 3 times I have not succeeded in pinning HOTMAIL to the taskbar.

Since using Win10 I have accumulated many NTUSER.DAT and BLF File files in my USER file. . Is this normal.
