I talked to Microsoft again and they sent me a link to the update, It updated for about 2 hours like it did when I first installed Windows 10 and now everything is good didn't even lose any settings.

I got the updates today, but I am still on Build 10240 for some reason.

I am using a Dell laptop and it says I am up to date, but the last update was on 11/11/15 "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB31052130)". How come I never got the December 4...
