I got the error during the installation of this update. So I tried the command line solution given by the user Sildur: dism /online /add-package...
oups... it's the same name folder on x64 system... so I'm not really the author. I almost loved this sudden popularity hihi ;)

check in all \Download\ folder and u will find the file...

Windows 10 - 1511 version was released through Windows update for a few days until that Microsoft cancelled the update. Maybe it's because i participated in the Beta via Windows Insider Preview?...
