Increasing the icon cache size didn't work. The problem resurfaced.
I'll try increasing the icon cache size. If that doesn't work, I might just change the overlay in the registry to be blank. I don't like those arrows that much either, I just wondered why it was...
I tried restoring it through the first link, and I tried rebuilding the cache through the second link. It didn't solve it.
