I downloaded it and I can't see anything taking up the apparent 90-100% load, there are things using no more than 10% and cumulatively use no more than 20% however. I tried the virus check and ended...
Okay so this is the second time I have come across this issue. The first time I ran deep virus and malware scans to no avail, ran CCleaner and updated all drivers as well as checking startup items...
Been playing some old school games over the past few days, worked no problem, went back to DoTA 2 and it crashed just after the match finished :(
I've definitely done it correctly this time, I'll let you know how it goes

Done all that, had 2 crashes in an hour. They both managed to recover themselves, every now and again they used to do that but 2 in a row is a lot so I'll let you know if it's recovering every time...

Hmm... honestly, this sounds like a video driver bug, could you try going into device manager, finding your monitor/graphics and updating from there?
I've had another BSOD crash but this time its given the error "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (nvlddmkm.sys)". I've attached another dump in case you need it/ there is anything new?
Given that your monitor is this one, try installing this driver and see if that helps?
It's installed the update but I'm still getting the crashes :(
