The ProgramData folder is not displayed in Explorer. I can search for programs that currently exist in this directory but can't access it. Any clues or how to proceed?

Last night MS updated and rebooted my computer. None of the live tiles work again. Fooey.

This instantly fixed the weather tile for the moment but still don't get email alerts.

If I reboot my computer everyday, the live tiles work mostly. But, I don't reboot everyday so live tiles, are not only not live, but some don't work at all. Case in point: I never get an email...

I don't like passwords and avoid them whenever possible. I didn't know my account would be locked. Fortunately, it was an easy fix, tho not an easy to find fix.

I ended up at a MS site that asked if I forgot my password. In a few steps, it got set and now I'm back in. Obviously, I need to learn a lot more about W10.
