I have created and loaded up the recovery USB onto my computer.
I then opened up Command Prompt in advanced options and ran:
chkdsk C: r/
After completion I restarted the computer and it booted up...

I understand that you are okay with having Avast disabled but personally I would search for a resolution because disabling antivirus isn't a good thing.

I used the DDU Software and removed the drivers completely without error.
I then re-installed the drivers using AMD's auto detect tool.

Its now a waiting game as to if it happens...
