it's a lenovo edge 20RA0073US. Clicking works fine. It's only in the case of minimizing when clicking on the icon in the taskbar.

the right click method works fine from one click. I restart the computer multiple times, so it's not explorer.exe

I have a strange issue. To minimize, I have to click three time on the icon in the taskbar. Maximize works normal (one click).
Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 x64

I followed it to a tee. Downloaded the .bat file, ran as admin, it ran and then exited.
The update history inside windows update was cleared after I ran the .bat script.
