Once it is up, everything in the task manager looks normal - I've disabled everything I do not need on startup in msconfig
Have not tried a clean book
BTW forgot to mention I have also run two...
Dell Inspiron 5759 16 gigs of RAM - plenty of disk space - start up takes 5-10 minutes
I have completed all the normal stuff - updates, system file checker DISM, and anything I have read or heard...
This is a constant error in the log - I cannot figure out what needs to be repaired - any help would be appreciated - Windows 10

I appear to still be having a problem with the apps opening - says 'there is a problem opening and to contact my system administrator to reinstall or repair' - Any thoughts on that?

I was having a problem with IE 11, so after trying several things, I did a restore to a previous date.
Something went wrong with that and I was getting a BSOD every time I tried to restart....
