I ran the Segoe MDL2 font installer, same problem. However, it seems to work in the icon dock but not in the mute or on the lockscreen

Recently I have had the issue where some icons go missing. In the image below, its the mute icon however it appears elsewhere. May be related or not but my skype has suddendly stop showing special...
