Yes,that's why I said I made nothing with it. Maybe the uncheck of the Fast startup can help for somebody too.

I'm not a tech nerd,but I can surely claim that I haven't modified any registry keys yet. They're untouched. The folder view issue hasn't appeared for me yet also.
