By way of a thought/comparison.. you could try Hasleo Backup (Chinese, like Aomei, Easeus...) - it's free and said to incorporate the best of Macrium R paid's features.
Try Hard Disk Sentinel and see what it says (in English) for both drives.
If you start getting BSODs then use the forum's BSOD section and log collection tool there.
Finally..! Found out the method of installing Guest additions has changed (not so obvious)- so all is well with VirtualBox.
Hi, in the past I've had no problem setting up a shared folder with older O/S's.
Come to Win 11 as a VM - and I just can't find a way to get the shared folder visible from the VM.
I've set one up...

Oddly erratic.. if you now run chkdsk c: /scan - does that pass (just to verify)?
If it is the portable version you should be able to just delete its folder.
As for Revo's results- you need to review and check, more particularly with a Forced Uninstall, just in case.

You can't see it and I can't see it. So that suggests your clone wasn't a clone as in an exact copy.
Can you see any space on the 1TB disk where it might be?

If you didn't transfer it then you can shrink C: and copy the partition from your old disk.
