i have win 10 Pro 64bit - last build - Ver. 1511 - 10586.3
For some reason Windows spotlight is not working for me - when i am in Settings -> Personalization ->
Lock Screen.

As shown...

I disconnected the D hard drive - only SSD is connected.
turn on - same error.
try to do a startup repair;
