I can usually cause it to crash by opening Word 365

So far I've gotten it twice. Before I go through the work of returning and getting a new one I'm hoping it's an easy fix.

I don't even have the option to sleep in safe mode.

I ran the commands and it found and fixed errors. Ran it again and no errors.
Ran SFC scannow again and it found and fixed all errors: 50775
