This didn't end up working for me. I was on my Yoga Pro 2 for about 3-4 hours tonight and the screen flicker occurred. Back to the drawing board I guess.

Try the BIOS Update on the Lenovo support website (support.lenovo.com). That is the recommendation to Yoga 3 users at this thread and it seems to be working. I just installed the update myself...
