    I ended up updating the the latest amd radeon...

    I ended up updating the the latest amd radeon crimson edition drivers,
    installing the current chipset drivers
    and updating the bios.

    So I figured out that it was a combo of problems...

    So I figured out that it was a combo of problems with the set up.
    1. video card driver was not exactly stable.
    2. chipset drivers were out of date.
    3. BIOS was out of date and didnt fully support...
