Please use Memtest86+ to test your RAM stick by stick eight passes per stick. There are also outdated drivers, but we'll deal with these later :)

Try using only one GPU for a day or two like you normally would. If there's no BSODs, you have found the culprit.

Thank you. I have found a solution in the meantime. NTLite has the option of integrating silent installers into the OS iso. The only thing I cannot do is integrate the MSO 2016 :(

I suppose so, please try downloading a fresh copy of the iso.
Disable Fast Startup if you use it.
