It might help smb:

Try to disable all services, including Cortana, One Drive, Acronis, Chrome, .....
Check if problem persist
If not, try to enable one by one and which one leads to freeze.

I've found out, that it happens right after I've installed Acronis True Image. If I disable acronis services windows works properly.
