I have sorted this one. I swapped dvi connection to vga connection and windows now work perfectly. I however wonder why it works fine with Windows 7 but not 10.

Upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Professional. When I restart the pc the pc boots up fine. However after a complete shutdown I loose display on the screen immediately after Windows Logo display....
