Same here. For exsample: I can Download Netflix, but i can't download Spotify. Logging out helps but problem comes back if i reboot my computer.for example

I also noticed that this appears every time when I type something in modern settings ands sometimes modern apps too.

I get this event everytime I type something in modern settings or modern apps like Netflix. I have also disabled cortana and every speech setting.

Same error here after 1803 update. I don't even use spell checkings on my Win 10.
