This is the easiest way to get rid of the icon. You can right-click on the date/time in Taskbar system tray and select "Customize notification icons" option. It'll open a new window. Now look for GWX...

I found the problem to be a missing driver for my 24" monitor. Overcame that with the right driver that was on the CD that came with the monitor

But Win10 is still outta here. If I'm ever to use...

It's a shame that I didn't care for W10 and that it was a letdown for me after I was thinking positively about trying it.

OK, I can't see why it's not listing the 64-bit. I re-read the tutorial and looked through the VirtualBox user manual but still can't see why...... Will go over it again later if I don't get any...

I downloaded VirtualBox as per the tutorial and installed it on my C drive.
When I tried to do a new setup as per tutorial it only lists 32-bit versions to make a selection from. I have a 64-bit but...

I have been reading so much about W10 in various places ever since the 29th June roll-out and I'm still waiting for the notification to go ahead and get it.
