dism will tell you it's a home iso, but if you actually start an upgrade install from a Pro machine the installer will clearly say it's installing Pro before the final confirmation. They're the same...

I have this problem too,
I use keynote and conemu64 installed manually from zip files, creating shortcuts to them in

shell:programs
or
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs...

Fixed my crazy problem, finally able to free up enough space to back up my 250gb SSD and delete the partition, format, then make a new partition.
Finally after doing that the Indexer Options UI...

All of mine were already correctly English United Kingdom :/
It's so frustrating, I wish I could get any kind of response from MS about my problem with the Indexer not even adding the correct drive...

Doesn't help, hasn't solved "We're getting search ready" and just like my other new account, can't add anything from my sysdrive C:\ to the Indexer Options at all... sigh.
