I think it is fixed, I opened the case just to dust and saw taht one of my cables came loose and was actually preventing the cpu fan from going, luckily it didn't snap the wire and I was able to sit...
This is gonna sound stupid guys, but I just changed it to high performance and it stopped all issues I was having.
Nevermind it improved some of my problems but not all of them, still below 60 fps...
Well hopefully the update tomorrow will fix things
Yeah, if the update tomorrow doesn't fix these issues I may have to just roll back to 7 which I really don't want to do since I worked so hard to get 10
I looked it up, and multiple event logs have basically all the normal start up problems result in a longer start up, and this is when I restart not do a normal boot up. And the event logs have always...
Put it in and got an event log what should I be looking for exactly?
And put that in exact as is?
When I restart it has a much slower boot up, when it wakes up from sleep or a complete shut down and then a power up it boots up much quicker. Overall the PC is much slower and can't do many things...
Well my initial upgrade was plagued with issues from blank screens that never lead to boot ups, and then the clean install, I still had one issue where the PC froze and when I did a hard reset it...
Yeah I have every update I can do right now, I know they have an update scheduled for tomorrow but we'll see if it fixes anythinganything
Back to the subject of the thread though, I did a few tests, and it doesn't matter the quality of the game, from very high settings, to very low settings, the fps problems persist, so I think it has...
Well I did install it previously, but in order to get a successful install I had to reinstall 7, with my windows.old folder still there, and then I did a clean install of 10 from that. So my PC was...
You download the iso, burn to a disc and then clean install
Yeah I'm aware of that, been contemplating it, I just went through hell to get windows 10, this was a clean install btw it wasn't the upgrade path, so I don't know what the issue could be, I clean...
Like league of legends, borderlands, etc they all run at a much lower fps
It has been like 4 hours though, I guess I'll wait until tomorrow, but most of the programs aren't installed on the ssd and still run sluggish as well
I don't think it is a graphics issue, the whole computer is sluggish, it is slower if I restart the computer, if I shut down and start it back up it is less slow but still slow.
I have done this and have the 353.62 driver
It should be compatible, it advertised as being the graphics driver for windows 10
Hey guys I just went through hell to install windows 10, I finally have it installed, but it is very slow when it comes to fps, from league where I get as low as 8 fps, to borderlands where I get...

How long do you think I'll have to wait, cause games, and everything other than like streaming things like youtube/netflix runs rather slowly now, like 20fps or sometimes lower
I have done that, it sped up the computer considerably but it is still a bit sluggish and not any new updates but there is the update scheduled for tomorrow, which is my birthday by the way
one last point, do you guys know why I would be running kinda sluggishly? like I can't run multiple programs at the same time with complete easy anymore
