I wonder if it Is just Saitek Joysticks causing the issue or all Joysticks. I hope Saitek issue a Win 10 driver soon.

I just disabled all creative devices, services and start-up items. After reboot screen will still not sleep after login.
Interesting I have a Creative X-Fi and Nvidia GTX680 and have the same problem.
