Thanks, Boozad. That appears to be the driver for "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC" and when I ask Device Manager to update it, I am told that it is the correct driver. A quick Google search...

Maybe could someone look at the dump files I posted last week? They may show the problem....

Some updated dump files that I harvested today; there had been some additional BSODs with new error messages. I can confirm that the other laptop is working fine with the RAM I took out of the Dell...
